Payment

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Apple Pay), and PayPal.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

Cooper Musical Components does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. However, if your payment is by PayPal, you should receive a tracking number within 48 hours.

Cooper Musical Components conducts all business online. We do not have a physical location or a place for you to pick-up an order.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. However, you may also request your tracking number by emailing us at info@coopermusicalcomponents.com so long as you provide your order number.

Due to the limited quantities of certain products, at this time we can only sell one style per specific products that apply. Our products are made in batches and are only available on a first come first serve basis.
