Return Policy

Due to the try and use nature of the products Cooper Musical Components (CMC) manufactures and sells, all sales are final with no returns allowed whatsoever unless upon the express approval of CMC. 

Should a product prove defective, CMC will provide a replacement upon CMC's express approval and upon a return of the defective product where the client is responsible for the freight or postage to and from CMC. 

Please inquire at info@coopermusicalcomponents.com should you need to return an item before sending the item back for CMC approval.

Loss Of Items

Cooper Musical Components (CMC) maintains no responsibility for products lost by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other freight carrier. 

While CMC ensures that each package is insured and requires a valid signature, CMC cannot claim responsibility for processes that it maintains no control over. Therefore, the client bares the risk of any product or package within the clutches of any freight carrier used by CMC.

Tax And Fees

Each and every client of Cooper Musical Components (CMC) is responsible to follow the tax, customs, duties, fees, and applicable tax laws of their respective states (United States of America) or country (International). 

CMC bares no responsibility for any tax, customs, duties, and fees imposed upon a client by their tax authorities.
